This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of "Sudoku Secrets" ("the Game") provided by Hidden Lore Games ("we", "our"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all content, graphics, stories, code, and related assets, remain the exclusive property of Hidden Lore Games or its licensors. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any part of the Game without our prior written consent.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to cheat, hack, modify, or interfere with the Game's functionality.
• Use any automated system (including bots or scripts) to access or interact with the Game.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the Game.
• Share, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license to third parties.

4. Advertising and Data Collection

The Game may display advertisements and collect usage data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Game constitutes your agreement to such data practices.

5. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Game or the information, content, or materials included.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in prohibited conduct.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
